Not only is this location not worth your money but it is dangerous to your health. After spending only 4 hours here I left with bites all over my body. I can only assume they have a bed bug infestation. When I noticed I called the staff immediately the next day. Several different managers refused to take accountability saying the bites must have come from somewhere else, despite me never having gone anywhere else. Please do not step foot inside of this building if you care for your health.
Great place! PRO: - large cabins - VERY quick and nice staff that really seems to care - clean and no trace of smoking smells since the partition for the smokers is closed off by plexiglass. -free drinks -clean bathrooms -silent -very inexpensive for the area -nice temperature CON: -lights are a bit to bright even though they are only in the manga library -cabins have a too large window, but there is a towel provided to cover it All in all pretty good I'd say for about 11,70€ for 12 h the night
Is well localized if you like arcades, but my experience is definitely below "ok"... I'm not a smoker, but I can deal with some smell, no problem. It was not told to me that the only available spots were at the smoking section, but ok. The smoking section doesn't contain a shared close smoking room, the smoking area itself is the hotbox and the door of the square designated to you doesn't enclose you on your own air, it is "open air", and the door also doesn't cover anything either, it's almst clear plexiglass. I know I wasn't expecting a room, the size is actually good, but structurally it's not done well and it wasn't worth it.
If you don't know Japanese avoid here. I went in with google translator to ask if I can get a membership and book a private booth room for the day. The Japanese man kept responding with a piece of paper in English writing....saying it is not possible to make a reservation. So I assumed it was fully booked for the day which is understandable. Then I asked with google translate if I could make a booking arrangement for a future date and again he pointed at the piece of paper saying it is not possible to make a reservation. I know this was a lie because other Japanese people was coming in and making bookings. I felt discrimination against me because I was white and not a Japanese person. This was not Japanese love shown to me.
Great place to kill time before a late flight. My hotel room check out was 10:00am but my flight was not until 20:00 and I wanted a chill day. I don't speak much Japanese but checking in was simple, use a translating app if you really need to. They have a menu with time and payment chart, I opted for 8 hours for a very reasonable 1000yen. You choose Non-smoking (Kin'en) or smoking (Kitsuen) area. Then choose between a reclining chair or regular chair. If it's your first time, you will need a to buy a membership card which is only about 200yen. You are then assigned your private booth with your computer. Don't forget to drape a towel over the glass partition for a little more privacy. Lots of manga to read from if you desire. All drinks are free and included in your stay from the beverage dispenser in front. Showers are also available for i believe 300yen. When you're done, bring your payment stub back to the front desk. Simple and comfortable, I would definitely come back if the situation arises again.
