We visited Osaka in July 2026. On our last day, we decided to visit a maid café. I've been a fan of maids since I was young, so this was a very important decision for me to make. We decided on this café based on reviews and we could confirm the best ones: It's a very friendly environment as a traveler. Some of the maids speak English, and there's an English menu. The food was very tasty: we had cakes and honey coffee (best coffee we've ever had). Everything here is beautiful, from the decorations to the food, and their maid uniforms are wonderful. Each of them has a distinctive accessory which I believe makes it super cute!! We were served by Hana, and she is the best!! She was so kind and very helpful. We took a picture together, and she was the sweetest! Además, hablaba un español súper fluido, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún más especial. It is a great environment, especially if you're a woman traveling alone or if there are children with you. I will definitely come back on my next visit to Japan, especially for Hana!!

If you want to try a maid cafe, this is like your entry-level version the staff were so friendly and kind, and it's not as daunting as all the videos you might have seen online of more typical maid cafes- if anything, this is simply a restaurant with staff dressed as maids. They have an english menu (which is huge btw), and were patient with me despite my minimal japanese, but they did their best to converse with me. The food was pretty average, i had the omurice solely for the drawing. I was actually impressed with the girl who managed to draw ayanami rei on it, which was so cute too😭😭😭 i got a fruit cake afterwards too, and it was nice! majority of the patrons here are men, though a couple of women do come in here and there, and they even offer photo-ops for a fee. I think the experience would be far better if you had a good understanding of japanese, as many of the staff were very friendly. i would go back honestly

Friendly staff, with some being able to speak simple English to converse with foreigners. They have Menu in English too, and it is more of a restaurant vibe than your regular maid-cafe. Make sure to be prepared, some items are quite large portioned, an example being the hamburg steak set(I did not expect that much rice). All and all, cozy atomsphere and cute maids working with tasty food too.

I went for the e-maid cafe on 27 June 2026. The maids here are very friendly and they can speak basic English. The interaction is good compared to other maid cafe around the area

I wanted to bring my family to a maid cafe but didn't want them to be weird out. This was a chill maid cafe as other reviews mentioned. I would even say it was a very normal cafe with some maid cafe features. Bad things first. I ordered espresso with picture but they were not available. Then I ordered hot Mocha but the machine was broken. We had to order basic coffee as a drink. We also had to wait outside for around half an hour which was okay be cautious if you don't have time. Everything was good as expected. Coffee was good, I ordered omurice and asked for a "cute wolf". It was great. First time eating omurice but it was very tasty, I recommend it. The price was very reasonable for the food. I showed pictures of what I wanted and had no problem. There is also an English menu so it was easy to order. My family had fun and it was an experience for them, I really recommend coming here if you are visiting this area.
