We visited in early August, and the female staff member’s attitude was very poor👎🏻👎🏻We had already checked the closing time before coming, but her unfriendly expression made us worry we might have got it wrong, so around 8:40 we confirmed the closing time with her, and she did say it was 9pm. However, she then pulled down the shutter and turned off the music right in front of us. Other customers in the store were also startled and left immediately. If you don’t allow customers to enter or even intend to drive people away before 9pm, then please do not list 9pm as your closing time, especially for a shop in a tourist hotspot where many visitors plan their schedule specifically to come. The photo was taken around 8:45, but the female staff member had already left (leaving a male staff member). After reading the reviews here, we realized we were not an isolated case. It may seem like a small issue, but attitude really matters. If she had been polite, I wouldn’t be leaving this review.

Poor attitude long hair girl likely male clerk at 1 floor (overreacted and shouted when I drinking - said get out directly), and nothing special Gacha. Not recommended at all.

There was indeed a huge selection. There was a manufacturing defect with one of my items and I requested a change. The new item was also defective, and they told me they can’t change it anymore and I’d have to take it up directly with the manufacturer. I can understand this. However, when I explained it would be difficult as I do not reside in Japan they just brushed me off quite rudely saying 私たちには関係ない (which roughly translates to that’s not my problem). There are a million other ways to say it nicer, but they were quite rude for reasons not within either side’s control. For this reason I do not recommend this shop.

There are a lot of gacha. The basement is mainly cute food, and the first and second floors are full of various gacha. I enjoyed it.

It's exactly what you think it is. I like that 3 floors are given, it helps to break up the crowd a little bit sometimes.
