Magical Girl Cafe & Bar Sorcière

I picked up their flier from outside Animate but I was hesitant to visit as there were no English reviews and their advertisements had no English on it. I decided to visit since all the other fliers I took were maid related and this one was special, magical girl themed. The first thing I noticed when I got to the counter was there was no English menu and the staff didn't speak English. I had expected that and wasn't sure how the experience would turn out. I got the free flow of alcohol for 1 hour for 2,000 yen, but for beer specifically there is an additional 500 yen cost. I had fun talking to Kanapi (かなぴ), toko (とこ), and a few others I forgot their names, though mostly through the use of translation apps between us. I took a picture with Kanapi as well, I think it was about 1,800 for a 2-shot. She drew some cute graffiti on it and asked me to keep it safe. At the end, one of them asked if I knew about Love Live. I told them I watched season 1 and I liked Snow Halation, immediately 3 of the girls started singing a part of it :D Basically you get a gem for each additional service you do. Get a picture, buy a toast or a drink for a girl. You allocate the gems to which girl you like for their popularity vote. I gave all of mine to Kanapi. Someome walked me to the elevator but my head was already going くるくる from two cups of beer (I'm very weak to alcohol, and the last thing i ate was an omurice from a maid cafe 5 hours ago). I will visit again if I return to Osaka, though I will have to brush up on my Japanese to enjoy it much more. I love Japan!

The staff are all cute and beautiful girls, so it's very relaxing. You can drink alcohol, but you can still have fun even if you don't drink.

It's an affordable place, and the staff and management are all nice and friendly. They also play idol songs, so otaku can enjoy it too! If you're wondering where to go in Osaka, please come visit us!

A themed cafe run by an old acquaintance. They have cute girls and delicious food.

The staff member was easy to talk to, but she asked for a second drink from me shortly after I'd given her the first. There weren't enough staff members, so I was left waiting for a long time. The food I ordered never came out. I still had time, but I was so disgusted I left. I will never go there again.
