  The store has a good variety of cards and one thing that stood out to me was the custom mystery packs, which were a fun concept and added something a little different compared to other TCG shops in the area. Unfortunately, the overall experience was quite inconsistent. Some staff members were kind and tried to help, while others came across as impatient or rude. I often felt rushed while browsing or making decisions, which took away from the enjoyment of exploring the store. English communication was also very limited, so international visitors may find it difficult to ask questions or understand certain policies. Prices generally felt on the higher side compared to other stores. The biggest disappointment, however, was the booster pack situation. I was repeatedly told that booster packs were unavailable, and it gave the impression that they either do not sell them to foreigners or have policies that are not communicated clearly. Whatever the reason, the lack of transparency left a negative impression and made the experience feel unfair. Overall, the mystery packs and card selection make it worth a quick look, but I would recommend checking prices carefully and managing expectations regarding customer service and booster pack availability.

  Today I went to the GIRAFULL Trade Card Game to look for the Pokémon cards I wanted. The store was nice and had a wide variety of Pokémon cards to choose from. I was also able to get a really good deal.

  Absolutely bad attitude and service. Blonde lady was sulking and muttering under her breath with any request to see a card in the showcase and to see the condition. My advice is don't work in a card shop / service line if you cannot let customers do the basic thing of checking condition of what they are buying, especially if it is expensive. Not suitable for the job too, having nails extension and tapping the card and scuffing the cards aggressively. The shop has partial responsibility as well, if you label your conditions properly and not put cards with whitening or obvious scratches as mint condition cards, maybe customers won't have to reject copies. Good selection and fair prices, but the service is a total turn off and red flag.

  Came in here looking for Ultraman battle spirits cards and didn't leave disappointed. Battle spirits are on the second floor and I found many in the case. Upon getting some out that I was interested in, I asked if there were any more and the staff brought me out a full box from behind the counter and let me look through, letting me know of updated prices (obviously hadn't been touched recently) with some being higher and some lower.

  Amazing store. The staff were very helpful and polite, and helped me a lot of a big purchase list of cards I had. I really recommend the store, if you are buying flesh and blood cards, the prices were the best I could found and I was really surprised with the quality of service and staff of the store. Arigatou gozaimasu!!
