Yes, tax free. Many figures and kuji prizes. Depending on popularity, prices might be a bit higher than Traders in Tokyo and Book off in Nagoya, but overall a great place for price charting. Also sells popular gachapon singles for cheaper than most nearby spots. Excellent customer service!

The good old Torejaras, if you are tired of the 17283838282nd version of Dragon Ball/One Piece or other huge franchise, made by Banpresto, go to Torejaras, you will fins a huge selection of amazing toys, from the newest to the older ones, tons of franchises, very good prices, for real, I was very dissapointed about how crappy and expensive Denden Town has become, but luckily Torejaras stills with an amazing selection and good prices! The cherry on top? Tax Free but it was like 10% or more, was insane!
Although not a very large one piece selection, the prices seemed very reasonable and I got a large sized figurine for a good price. If you are looking for other animes they seem to have a large selection.
