21 O’Clock Ice Cream

No seating or standing tables / counters. Good soft serve and toppings. Small sizes but good for portion control. Good small treat to have room to try more things while walking around the area Open later than other places - much appreciated for foreigners not yet adjusted to time. Light flavors - matcha mochi and taro

Our group was searching for a late night dessert place and this was one of the few that popped up. Tasty ice cream and a wide array of options (English menu available inside). The portion size is a bit small for the cost but the flavor and toppings helped make up for it. Very nice staff inside too

Small store but the staff was very nice and gave us recommendations. The ice cream tasted delicious without being overly heavy like some ice cream can be. She took the utmost care in preparing our ice cream and they looked lovely.

It was okay, we ordered rich chocolate ganache and sesame. I thought it was gonna be sesame sauce but it turns out to be a sesame paste. The chocolate ganache was a bit too sweet for our taste but al in all it was delicious. The shop is spacious but too minimal that there's no seating.

So good, I came back twice during my stay in Osaka. Opened late when you got a sweet tooth.
