Noodles with great texture and a strong, unique taste. The signature chewy and smooth noodles are easily the star of the show for this restaurant. To add to it, you can customise the sauce however you would like for additional flavour. The servers were very nice to us, and the restaurant walls were covered with scribbles from many previous customers, which gave the store a cosy and homey vibe. An easy recommend!

The noodles are thick and chewy and delicious! Everything we ordered was tasty. The menu is easy to navigate as well.

Loved the texture of the noodles. I opted for Max spice level tan tan and boy or boy was it spicy. Probably didn't need to go max level here as the pain is real. My partner got the chicken and pork oil noodles which is preferred, just with added chilli oil for spice. Next time I'll do the same. Definitely recommend if you're in the area. Also serving sizes are quite large for Japan so he careful when hungry. 😉

A dry noodle shop around the Denden Town area. The place is fairly popular even on afternoons but not to the point that you have a wait time. You can order up to 3x the usual noodles, but they don’t proportionate the meat size with that so it’s better to order 1.5x at most. Still the noodle is flavorful, and if it’s not flavorful enough there’s condiments to change the flavor profile at least.
