#702 CAFE&DINER Namba Parks Store

Every dish is very slow and takes 1 hour to serve four dishes. They cannot cancel and we have to wait for everything to ready. The flavor is OK but not recommended if you are in trip and have plans for next part

A fancy cafe for a quiet meal and conversation! The food was great, but pretty pricey. You're definitely paying for the atmosphere and nice sofas. I don't know if they're instructed to do this, but not a single waiter or waitress cracked one smile while I was there. Not even as they sang happy birthday to a customer. The staff was pretty cold, honestly.

We reserved a time for the Sailor Moon pop up cafe and while it did have some very fun themed items you could order and collectable coasters/posters the food itself was kind of not yummy aside from how nice it looked. Very expensive but we expected that before coming here. The coffee with the art printed on it was done with a thin sheet of rice paper which was slimy when you tried to drink it; also you didn't get to actually pick the design you get it was random out of four and I got the one I wanted the least. The staff were polite and the cafe was very clean just wish the food tasted as good as it looked.

The service here is bad. Waited 20 minutes for a simple coffee. Expensive coffee, nothing special. The food looked ok though and some chairs are nice for lunch

Don’t come here, there’s better places. No view at all despite the upped prices, the restaurant itself isn’t even that nice. The staff were extremely lazy and refused to take our order, only through QR code. They brought our drinks and simply placed them all in one corner, despite one of the drinks being a cappuccino which was intended for someone on the other side of the table. We pointed at who the cappuccino was for, but he still just placed it. The cappuccino was lukewarm warm, and they didn’t bring sugar so we had to ask for that too. The juices are not fresh, which you would expect in a place like this. Terrible
